If you don't succeed we don't succeed.  It's that simple, and it's that difficult.

Our business is a referral business.  We can't afford to spend our time working on projects that earn us a paycheck, but don't grow our referral network. Over the years, we've discovered that there are three key ingredients to guaranteeing that we'll both be successful working together:

• Agree to the goal of the project up front.  It has to be specific, attainable and measureable. Needless to say, it also has to be of demonstrable value.  
• Make sure that all of the required resources are available and committed.
• Maintain a flexible attitude about process, but be relentless about attaining the goal.  Things never go as planned, but we always plan to succeed.
