Focus Groups are our forte. We've been facilitating them since the early
90's. We've written about them, and speak on their virtues every opportunity
we get. We've repeatedly said; that if an organization could only introduce
one new technique into its product management process, it should be the
Customer Focus Group. No other technique simultaneously brings a project
team closer to their customer, while exposing the many risks that threaten
the project.
